Latest(2009) Hack for Free Airtel GPRS

After a Lot of research we have found another hack for free Unlimited GPRS for Airtel live users. The new trick for Airtel free internet is as simple as installing a software on your Cell phone. Actually the trick is to install a Mobile Web Browser called Teashark or Ucweb on your Cellphone.
Follow the steps below for unlimited mobile browsing.
1. Download Teashark browser(for MIDP 2.0 handsets only) from here or from wap.teashark.com if you are using mobile browser.
2. Install the browser and select Airtel Live as the access point and start browsing absolutely free (Don’t worry airtel won’t charge you).
Note: If Teashark browser doesn’t work then go for Ucweb browser which can be downloaded from here. They also have many features like built-in download manager,search function,email service and also page saving options.

3. select airtel live settings from internet settings from ur cell
4. go to home page from ur mobile
5. go to address bar type wap.google.com

this Airtel trick is definitely the best…only thing its not new,as my bro is using net the same way on ucweb,since many years..we have downloaded GB’s of stuff till date by connecting it to pc..get a pretty good speed of 115kbps,n downloading speed of 9-11 kbps on good network.
but as he went to bangalore, now i use Aircel with the very same features,paying hardly 100 bucks is no big deal for a months unlimited surf n download.n no more stress of finding tricks or trying out experiments..its just direct connect..man,its worth!!! believe me.

SMSC (Short Message Serivce Centre Numbers) SMS Centre number allow you to send free sms, by changing your message centre number like this:
1. Go to messages
2. Message Settings
3. Set 1
4. Message Centre Number
5. Then change the number to one from SMSC Number section (from SMSC #’s given below)
What does this do?
Instead of paying for your messages, you can alter a number in your phone to send to a different centre. This cannot charge you, and consequently you have free SMS!
How does it work?
When you send a text message, it is first transmitted to your network’s routing centre, called the Short Message Service Centre, or SMSC. This SMSC is generally a telephone number, normally a memorable one- i.e. Orange’s is 0973 100973. Here, it is sent to the recipient’s network’s SMSC, where it is then forwarded to their phone. The whole process takes only seconds, but the vital part is when it reaches your SMSC, because then it is forwarded, and you are charged according to your tariff. If you, however, change your SMSC number to one below, the network who forward the message will not know who you are, and consequently cannot charge you.
Does it always work?
No! It can take hours to find a number that hasn’t been blocked by your network- they usually carry out checks monthly and bar any numbers known to be forwarding SMS. Also, I understand that bsnl and all networks in india have barred all numbers aside from their own- so it won’t work with bsnl ,

nowadays..the network providers..have become intelligent..cos..the msc numbers entered are not accepted ..and its very difficult to find a working free msc number in india.. but i m trying by best .u can also post any if u know here.

Make Gprs FREE using TEASHARK
Here is how I used this…
* Download TeaShark v. 312.
Its free and being JAR file it can be installed on most handsets.
* Open it from your mobile and select AirTel Live as access point.
* That’s it! Open any site from TeaShark and you won’t be charged anything.
Note for the first time, when TeaShark starts, it may take more than one minute to initialize. Also this one time initialization may fail many times. But don’t loose your heart!

* Facebook: m.facebook.com
* Twitter: m.twitter.com
As a first post at Devils Workshop, I wrote about free Airtel GPRS two years back. This is much different that earlier trick. As of now, this trick is limited to handsets only. The earlier one used to work even from PC.
The whole thing seems a fortunate coincidence for mobile users and unfortunate one for network operators. This trick cannot be termed illegal as you are not cracking any software or modifying any configuration. For the same reason, I think this will take longer to get rectified.
Please keep in mind that AirTel may charge you all of a sudden in future of this free ride. So please use it at your own risk!
Manual Airtel Gprs Settings
1. Homepage – any page you want to set.
2. User Name – Blank
3. Password – Blank
4. Proxy – Enabled/yes.
5. Proxy and Server Adress – 202.56.231.117
6. Proxy and Server Port – 8080
7. Data bearer – GPRS or Packet Data.
8. Access Point Name – airtelgprs.com
9. Authentication Type – Normal
10. Use preferred access point – No
Manual Airtel live settings
1. Account Name – Airtel_live
2. Homepage – http://live.airtelworld.com
3. Username – Blank
4. Password – Blank
5. Proxy – Enabled/yes
6. Proxy and Server Adress – 100.1.200.99
7. Accespoint Name – airtelfun.com
8. Proxy and Server Port – 8080
