Sir, i have Admin account on my laptop, & a user account also

what i have made, i have restricted on all .exe file, so user can only perform tasks,but even cant open system utilities like cmd,notepad,media player etc… and not allowed to make any changes, but some body has hacked this pass & changed it, now i m not able to login in main account,

So is there any way to crack this admin password, but rememer i cant make any changes in system coz restricted…
